Quechee, Vermont
Our Quechee property sits between Hartford and Hartland, Vermont. With 3 barns and over 200 acres of pasture, this farm is where our story started and continues to thrive. Here, our cows graze and enjoy the lush, open fields, living peacefully in the natural surroundings. The wide pastures and dedicated care we provide allow the herd to flourish.
Raising Beef Cattle
The Quechee farm once held 300 head of cattle on its lush green pastures. We had 5 bulls and lots of calves. This was our original location and has since been left to rest and recover after the 2023-24 season.
Cattle at this farm enjoy cooled and filtered water, anti-bug misting systems and automatic sunshades in the main barn.
Goats, Lamb & Sheep
Seasonally, we raise lambs and sheep for meat and wool, distributing them to clients from Maine to Boston. Our sheep enjoy cold filtered water, automatic sunshades, and a misting/fan system to stay cool in the warmer months.
At our Quechee farm, we also raise goats with plenty of space in their 3-stage pen, which includes a barn for shelter, a sun porch, and an an uncovered area for fresh air. Fresh, cold water is always available, and they even have cable spools to play on!
Plenty of Pasture
Our Quechee farm offers expansive grazing land that abuts the stunning Quechee Gorge. With over 200 acres of lush pasture, our cows have plenty of room to roam and graze near this iconic Vermont landmark.
