Randolph, Vermont
Our Randolph farm is where our adult herd thrives, grazing along the scenic White River that flows through the property. This farm also produces enough corn silage to feed our herd each year, ensuring they have the best nutrition. We’ve upgraded the cattle pen surfaces and expanded our heavy equipment storage to support our continued growth and commitment to high-quality farming.
Vermont Fresh Air
Our pasture lot is settled on 189 acres in central Vermont. The herd enjoys the fresh Vermont air and ample sunshine while grazing near the White River.
During the winter months, the cows have the option of staying in our well-equipped barn or using the sheltered lot adjacent to it. They have plenty of room to move around, as we provide well above the industry standard for space per animal, ensuring their comfort and well-being year-round.
Sustainability Focused
We’re always looking for ways to improve our environmental impact, and our Randolph location is no exception. This farm, like all of our farms is equipped with “Ritchie” automatic filling, filtering and cooling water troughs. These water troughs are designed with efficiency and water conservation at the core. The on-board filtration system ensures fresh water is available at all times.
Out in the pasture, the cows are the best fertilizer producers you can have! They spend the season out to pasture, adding their manure to the land that will help it come back stronger and lusher for the following year. Additionally, we invest in energy efficient lighting and heating to further reduce our environmental impact.
Local Farmers
We’re proud to employ local farmers who were born and raised in Randolph and Braintree, Vermont! The area is still bustling with farming activity with many dairy, chicken and goat farms in the town limits. We always strive to be a positive member in the community, by keeping ethical farming, sustainability and environmental stewardship at the core of our business.
Randolph has been a farming town for over 200 years. Vermont has 1.2 million acres of farmland across 7,000 farms. The farmers in this state are generational, and with that comes the best experience one can have. We’re thankful for our staff and for the Vermont farmers who came before us for paving the way and securing the future of farming on these lush New England lands.
